Our advisory service investigates the queries that landowners might have about their land or property.
There are four key areas we help with:
Development Appraisal & Site Review
From £495 + VAT, dependent on request. We evaluate a proposed project, estimate build costs, development fees and gross development values (GDV). Additional research can be provided, such as project timescales, utility searches, title review, planning history and other needs.
Development Feasibility
Bespoke pricing dependent on request. We initially run a developer-led appraisal that assesses the sites potential, giving indicative land valuations, market comparables & commentary. To conceptualise the possibility, we offer an architectural review in addition. To validate the path, we offer an optional planning consultant statement. Ultimately, a development direction package can be provided that includes all the former, with a strategy roadmap to unlocking and releasing the properties unrecognised value. Bespoke packages are also available.
Planning Strategy & Submission Oversight
Bespoke pricing dependent on request. We can assist with selecting the right architect for the job and coordinating the consultants required.
Exit Strategy
Bespoke pricing dependent on request. We help evaluate whether selling, holding, or developing provides a better return on investment for the landowner. Also, we advise on potential GDV improvements.
